Here you will find mindfulness meditations for sleep and stress relief and mind, body, and spirit. Each meditation experience is its own special “healing journey” that will transport you to a place of peace and relaxation.
We all know by now that we should meditate. We are aware of the proven, scientific benefits of meditation. But we may still perceive meditating as “work.” And we may believe we just don’t have time.
We have good news! We have designed our “meditation experiences” to be about 5 minutes. We have some that are longer. But 5 minutes is all you need to derive healthy benefits from these, which are designed as “stories,” “journeys,” and pleasant, stress relieving, calming, “experiences.”
These calming “mindfulness experiences” can be streamed or downloaded. Use these spa meditations, angel meditations, and our exclusive relaxation music to relax your mind, body, and spirit, for help in sleeping, stress relief, calming anxiety, and for coming back into balance in your heart center.
We have over 100 unique, soothing, relaxing meditations available on our website, written and narrated by Margo Joy. Our videos are HD, professionally edited and professionally mastered.
Each MP4 and MP3 also features exclusive relaxation music by award winning New Age recording artist, Dyan Garris.
Our meditations are available individually, but we also offer a collection of video meditations in the form of EPs, delivered digitally, streamable and/or downloadable. Each EP contains 4 high quality HD video meditations, with the exception of “Best of Spa~Meditations” which contains 9 HD video meditations, and “Catch Your Breath” which contains 3 longer (about 15 minutes each) “journey” style HD meditations.
